International shipment

Documents and parcels to most destinations, booked on request. Every destination has its own rules on contents, paperwork and duty — we check all three before quoting.

This is not an instant booking service. Rate, transit time and paperwork all change with the destination country and what is inside the box. Send an enquiry first — we will confirm whether the shipment is possible and what it will actually cost.

What to include in your enquiry

The more of this you can tell us, the closer the first quote will be to the final one.

  • Destination country and city
  • Approximate weight and box dimensions
  • Exactly what is inside — generic descriptions slow customs down
  • Whether it is commercial or a personal gift
  • Declared value, which customs will require
  • How soon it needs to arrive

Paperwork you will need

The exact set depends on the destination and contents. We confirm your list before pickup.

  • Commercial invoice, three copies
  • Packing list
  • Sender KYC — a government photo ID
  • Export declaration for commercial shipments
  • IEC code for regular commercial export
  • MSDS if there is any battery or chemical content

  6. Delivery

Commonly restricted

Rules vary by country — treat this as a starting point, not a complete list.

  • Loose lithium batteries
  • Liquids, powders and cosmetics in many destinations
  • Food items and seeds
  • Currency and negotiable instruments
  • Branded goods without authorisation
  • Anything on the destination country's own banned list

International questions

Who pays the customs duty?

By default the receiver pays on arrival. If you would rather pay it yourself, say so at booking and we will quote on that basis.

How long does it take?

Roughly 3 to 5 days to the Middle East, 5 to 8 days to Europe and the US, and 7 to 15 days elsewhere.

Do I need an IEC code?

Not for a personal shipment or a gift. You do for regular commercial export. If you do not have one we will point you at the process.

Can I track it?

Yes. You get a tracking number that works on the international carrier's own site.

What happens if customs rejects it?

The shipment comes back and return charges apply. This is exactly why we check the paperwork before anything leaves.

Shipping abroad?

Tell us the destination and what is inside. You will get a straight answer on whether it can go, and what it costs.
